Week 1
"Hit the Ground Walking"
This week is all about getting your body moving in a gentle way, and reflecting on the daily messages you receive from your body and wise Higher Self. This week you will receive:

A 30 minute "Walk with Shannon" guided walking meditation mp3 that will help support your meditation and weight loss journey at the same time. Experts have shown that releasing what no longer serves you is easier when you're actually physically moving your body. This mp3 is awesome! I still use it every time I go walking.

A digital pdf journal, which allows you to actually type in your answers on your phone, ipad, or computer. No need to print the pdf---unless, of course, you want to.

This week's journal entries are all about you reflecting on your guided meditation walk, and recording what your body shared, and also the intuitive messages you received on your guided walking meditation.

Week 2
"Listen to Your Body"
On top of continuing with your guided walking meditation, this week is all about listening to your body, and finding out what it really needs from you, in order to enhance your well-being and vitality. This week you will receive:

A guided "Listen to Your Body" mp3 that will guide you through a complete body spirit communication session, which will allow you to clearly hear your body talk to you.

Week 3
"Personalized Emotional Release"

On top of continuing with your guided walking meditation, this week is all about understanding how the body holds stuck emotions, the effects on your body, and the different techniques you can use to release them. This week you will receive:

A guided mini lesson explaining how your body gets stuck emotions, and different healing modalities that can help you release them in mp3 format.

A Personalized Emotional Release mp3 in which I use Kinesiology to test you for specific stuck emotions that your body is ready to release in the present time. During this mp3, I will also guide you to turn on your highest healing energy, and open your heart chakra to both give and receive more unconditional love.

A Personalized Message from Spirit in which I will use my very own Create More Joy oracle deck, ask Spirit "What do they need in the present time to create more joy and harmony in their lives?" I will then draw 5 cards, share the clairvoyant messages that come through, and any healing wisdom that your guides want to share in the present time. This message will receive via your email box.

"Personalized Remote Healing"
On top of continuing with your guided walking meditation, this week is all about getting a personalized remote healing. This week you will receive:

A Personalized Remote Healing in which we will schedule a specific time and date where you will be able to lay down, listen to high vibrational music, while I send you a remote healing, holding the intentions to bring in the highest healing you're ready for in the present time. I will then send you feedback after your healing to share what healing or messages came through during your remote healing session.

Q: What is the Back to Basics: Body Spirit Bootcamp?
A: The Back to Basics Body Spirit Bootcamp is a 6-week program focused on reconnecting you with your body and spirit through guided meditations, healing sessions, intuitive readings, and journal prompts.

Q: How much time per week will the program take?
A: The weekly time commitment is light and easy to fit into your lifestyle:

30 mins/day for the walking meditation (replaces other exercise if needed)

15-30 mins/day for journal reflection
-
10-20 mins 1 day/week for an additional audio
So in total around 4-5 hours per week. The program is designed to integrate seamlessly into your daily routine with short practices that enhance wellbeing. And the investment is so worth it for the focus on your health and inner peace! This is all about boosting your self-love!
Q: I don't need to lose weight. Can I still benefit from the walking meditation?
A: Absolutely! The walking meditation has benefits beyond just weight loss. It is designed to help you ground, release what no longer serves you, take in healing energy, communicate with your Higher Self and more. While visualization around an ideal body is included, you can visualize maintaining your current healthy body rather than focusing on weight loss. The meditation encourages movement and mindfulness, which are beneficial even if you don't need weight loss. You'll still get all the spiritual benefits of the practice. Just focus on the other aspects of the visualization and meditation rather than the weight loss component.

Q: Is doing the walking meditation a one-week wonder or a fabulous constant in this program?
A: No, this program is set up for you to walk 6 days a week, and rest the 7th day. So, you will continue this fun meditation walk throughout the whole program. One fun thing I love to do before each walk is ask my Higher Self and guides to make my walk magical, by showing me messages. This comes in the form of finding objects on the ground, seeing animals pop up on my walk, and even signs I see on cars that drive by. I then write about my findings in my journal. The great thing is, when you pay attention to the signs and messages, your guides will play with you even more, because they know you are paying attention.

Q: Do I need any special equipment?
A: You just need a device to listen to the mp3 audio content each week. This could be a phone, computer or tablet. For the journal prompts, you'll need a journal or paper and pen/pencil. Oh, yes, and a comfy pair of walking shoes!

Q: How is the remote healing session scheduled?
A: Once you sign up, we will work together to find a mutually convenient time for your remote healing session during week 6. This allows me to fully focus my energy on you during our scheduled time.

Q: What do I need to do for the personalized intuitive readings?
A: You don't need to do anything extra for the readings! I will tune in intuitively to you and deliver the messages that come through. Your personalized reading will then be sent to you during the 5th week of the program.

Q: How does the emotional release reading work?
A: I use muscle testing and intuition to identify any stuck emotions that your body and spirit want to release. I then create a customized audio to guide you through safely releasing each emotion. All you need to do is listen and follow along with the prompts. Your intention makes it so.

Q: Do I need to provide any information about my emotional state/history for the release?
A: Nope! I will intuitively pick up on what your body and spirit are ready to release during this time. You don't need to prepare anything. The releases are based on where you're at right now.

Q: What type of healing will I receive during the remote session?
A: The remote healing is customized to you and what your body needs most right now. I scan your energy field and bring through high vibrational light frequencies. When I work as a healer, I work with a collective of high vibrational healing guides. Together, we are working on you, and I receive telepathic and clairvoyant messages of what is happening during your healing.

Q: What am I supposed to do during the remote healing to get the best healing?
A: Your job is to give permission to receive the high vibrational energy, as it is you who is allowing the healing to happen.

Before your healing make sure to get a glass of water to put by your bed or chair that you will receive the healing in, as I will hold the intention that this water will get charged with the very frequency your body needs after your healing to drink.

You will also receive a link to listen to on Youtube, which is high vibrational healing music. This allows your body to be more receptive to the energy coming in.

When it is our scheduled time, I will send you healing energies while listening to the same high vibrational music you are listening to. I will continue to send this healing energy until I feel the energy stop flowing through my hands. I have found this about 10 - 15 minutes. The healing energy will continue to flow on your end long after I have done your healing.

You can enjoy the energy, and get up when you feel ready.

Afterwards drink your water, knowing that it will contain the very high vibrational frequency you need after your healing.

I will then send you a brief email sharing what messages I received from my healing team.

Q: When do I get access to the program content?
A: Each Monday you'll receive that week's content via email, which will contain the instructions for the week.

Q: How do the journal templates work?
A: Each week, you'll receive digital journal PDF pages synced perfectly with that week's theme and activities. You can easily download them to your phone, iPad, or access them through your computer's web browser, and type in your reflections directly — no printer, no fuss!
But hey, if you're old school (no judgment here, I adore a good handwritten note!), you're totally welcome to print them out and pen down your thoughts the traditional way. Or, feel free to jot down the prompts in your personal journal.
Whichever way you choose, journaling is a sacred space to dialogue with your Higher Self, and connect deeper with your body's wisdom. It's all about what feels right for you in this playful path of discovery. Embrace it, and watch the magic unfold!

Q: Can I split the payment into 2 monthly installments?
A: Yes, the program fee can be split into 2 monthly payments if needed. There will be a $3.00 administrative service fee added to your total. Once you click to pay the $150.00 you are agreeing to pay the next $150.00 payment 4 weeks later. I will send you an invoice to your email.

A: Wonderful! When you make your purchase, please just let me know the name, and email address of your friend. I suggest you let them know ahead of time, so they are ready to start receiving their program materials on September 18th, 2023.
