WHAT TIME ZONE AND DAYS DO YOU DO YOUR EMOTIONAL HEALING REMOTE SESSIONS?

All remote sessions are Seattle PST time. You can click on this time zone converter link to see what the time difference is in your part of the world. I currently do my remote sessions in the mornings Sunday through Wednesday from 9am - 11am each week.

WHAT IS A EMOTIONAL HEALING REMOTE SESSION?
​
An Emotional Healing Remote session is a session where I don't have to be on the phone with you. I tune into you as Spirit and use my intuition and use Kinesiology to muscle test you for stuck emotions your body is ready to release in the present time. I then take that information, and create you a personalized guided meditation where I assist you in adjusting your energies, so you may gently and effortlessly let each stuck emotion go one at a time. During this guided meditation I also assist you in opening your heart chakra, so you may both give and receive unconditional love. At the very end of the meditation I guide you to connect with the Creator of All That Is, so you may call upon the Divine healing you need in the present time.​​

OKAY, I SEE YOU DO THE SESSION WITHOUT ME ON THE PHONE OR BEING PRESENT, DO I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ON MY END TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN TUNE INTO ME?
​
No, it doesn't matter what you are doing at the time I tune into you for your session. You could be sleeping, wide awake, or focused on something else, and I can still tune into you. The only thing you have to do on your end to make sure it works, is to listen to the guided meditation mp3 when you receive it.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL EMOTIONAL HEALING REMOTE SESSION LOOK LIKE?
​
When you sign up and pay for your Emotional Healing Remote session:​

I will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that I received your payment, and I will let you know what day to expect your guided meditation mp3.

On the day of your session, I say a prayer inviting in our high vibrational spiritual helpers, and I tune into you as Spirit to check for stuck emotions your body is ready to release in the present time.

After your body has told me all the stuck emotions it is ready to release in the present time I then record a personalized guided meditation just for you. This meditation includes the following:

Guided energy work to help prepare your body to let go the emotions easily and effortlessly​

I then guide you to release each stuck emotion one at a time out of your space

Once you have let go the stuck emotions I guide you to work with your heart chakra, so you can open yourself to both give and receive more unconditional love.

Finally, I invite the Creator of All That Is in to help bring the very Divine healing you need in the present time.

After I have recorded your meditation, I then edit, and add a high vibrational background music to help you with your healing even more. I turn it into an mp3 file, which you can listen to on your laptop or phone.​

Once I have finished your personalized guided healing meditation I send it to the email you provided at the time of your order.

Once you receive your meditation you may choose to listen to it at anytime that is convenient.

OKAY, I RECEIVED MY GUIDED MEDITATION, HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO LISTEN TO IT FOR THE EMOTIONS TO BE RELEASED AND HOW WILL I KNOW I LET THEM GO?
​
Usually, people only need to listen to their guided meditation once to release the stuck emotions. However, some have listened to it again because they love the additional healing they get each time doing the energy work. When doing energy work its important to note that everything is intention. If you intend to let go an emotion it will usually happen instantly. One way to check if you let them go is to tune in and ask your body "Body, did we just let that emotion go?" Trust what your body gives you. If you get a yes, you're good to go. If you get a no, spend a little extra time releasing. Some emotions may feel a little extra sticky. If this happens, I encourage you to talk to your body, let it know its safe to release that stuck emotion, and hold the intention to release any judgment you may have surrounding that emotion. For example, a lot of us have been taught its bad to experience the emotions of anger and hate, so we'll shove those instantly down in our body when they occur. So, when they pop up again to be released, your body may try to fight or judge these. The most loving thing you can do is simply honor the emotions that come up, thank your body for letting you know, and release them with love and gratitude.

HOW DID THESE EMOTIONS BECOME STUCK IN THE FIRST PLACE?
​
Your body talks to you everyday through the use of emotions. It lets you know if it is content or if it needs help through these emotions. Emotions are truly just communication. There is no good or bad emotion. Yes, of course some feel better to us, but again, they are simply communication tools. Our society has trained most of us to have a lot of judgement on our emotions, so instead of just allowing ourselves to experience them, we usually push them down into our physical body. This is how our emotions become stuck.

WHEN DID THESE EMOTIONS BECOME STUCK?
​
It's important to note that emotions can become stuck from as early as our conception, in the womb, during childhood, teenage years, and adulthood. If you are empathic you can even absorb and pull in other people's emotions into your body. So, during an Emotional Healing Remote session I will share what ever your body wants to let go of in the present time. Just know that these emotions can be from anytime of your life.

ONCE I LET GO THE STUCK EMOTIONS IS IT GONE FOREVER?
​
Once you tune in and let go a specific emotion it is gone forever. However, if you fail to listen to your body in the present time when the emotion is happening, and shove it back down again, you will recreate a new stuck emotion.

OKAY, YOU SAID IN THE GUIDED MEDITATION THAT MY BODY SAID THERE WERE NO MORE STUCK EMOTIONS IT WAS READY TO RELEASE, DOES THAT MEAN I LET GO EVERY STUCK EMOTION IN MY BODY?
​
Your body is so wise on what it can handle in the present time. I always ask your body if it has anymore stuck emotions it is ready to release in the present time. If it says no, to me it means either you let all of them go or it only released what you can handle in the present time.

HOW THE HECK CAN I PREVENT STUCK EMOTIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE?
​
Practice the art of Spirit Body Communication. This is the simple meditation practice of turning within, and asking your body how its doing. Feel the emotions in your body each day without judgment. For example, if you feel angry at something, instead of pushing that down, allow yourself to feel it, bring it up, and ask your body how it would like to handle it. I find journaling is a brilliant tool to use to allow your body to express itself. The key is to listen and allow your emotions to flow without judging or pushing them down. Listen to your body! ​​​
