How long is this program and when does it start?

This program is 12 weeks, and the next program kicks off on March 31, 2023.  Please note that this program is only offered 2 times a year.

How is the class structured and what all is covered?

​

The Reset Your Life 12-week audio program is designed to help individuals lose weight using a holistic approach that combines self-hypnosis, spiritual techniques, and practical steps. The program is divided into 12 weekly modules, each of which includes a specific topic.


In addition to the weekly audio lessons and guided hypnotherapy, the program also includes bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) 60-minute group coaching teleconference sessions. These group coaching sessions provide an opportunity for members to connect with like-minded individuals and receive support from both the coach and other participants in the program. The teleconferences are designed to be a collaborative and interactive space where members can ask questions, share insights, and receive energy adjustments to support their weight loss and holistic health journey.  If for some reason you are unable to participate in a group coaching call, please note that it will still be recorded, so you can still benefit from the information being shared on the call.


You will also have access in between sessions via email to ask questions and seek additional guidance. The combination of audio lessons, guided hypnotherapy, group coaching teleconferences, and email support is designed to provide a comprehensive and supportive program for those seeking to reset their lives and achieve their weight loss and holistic health goals.

  • Week 1: Program Introduction and Pre-assessment  This week focuses on setting goals and assessing where you are at the start of the program.

  • Week 2: Connecting with Your Higher Self through Self-Hypnosis  This week focuses on using self-hypnosis to connect with your higher self and establish a strong foundation for the program.

  • Week 3: Mindful and Intuitive Eating for a Loving Relationship with Food  This week focuses on developing a healthy relationship with food and learning to eat mindfully and intuitively.

  • Week 4: Using Kinesiology and Self-Hypnosis to Identify Beneficial Foods  This week focuses on using kinesiology and self-hypnosis to identify foods that benefit your body and promote weight loss.

  • Week 5: Food Journaling and Meal Prep for Nourishing Body, Mind, and Spirit  This week focuses on developing healthy habits around meal planning and preparation and using food journaling to track progress.

  • Week 6: Overcoming Obstacles to Create a Healthy Exercise Routine with Your Higher Self  This week focuses on overcoming obstacles and developing a healthy exercise routine with the support of your higher self.

  • Week 7: Improving Sleep Habits with Your Higher Self  This week focuses on improving sleep habits and getting restful sleep with the support of your higher self.

  • Week 8: Communicating with Your Body and Promoting Overall Well-Being  This week focuses on learning to communicate with your body and promote overall well-being through self-hypnosis and other techniques.

  • Week 9: Releasing Stuck Emotions for Emotional Flow  This week focuses on releasing stuck emotions and promoting emotional flow to support weight loss and overall health.

  • Week 10: Boosting Self-Love and Building Self-Confidence  This week focuses on boosting self-love and building self-confidence to support long-term weight loss and holistic health.

  • Week 11: Stress Management Techniques with Your Higher Self  This week focuses on learning stress management techniques with the support of your higher self.

  • Week 12: Celebrating Victories and Continuing to Master New Skills with Your Higher Self  This week focuses on celebrating victories and continuing to master new skills with the support of your higher self.

Throughout the program, members will have access to email support to ask questions and seek additional support between coaching sessions. The combination of audio lessons, guided hypnotherapy, teleconference coaching, and email support is designed to provide a comprehensive and supportive program for weight loss and holistic health.

What are the benefits of group coaching verses just doing this class on my own?

​

As someone who has struggled with achieving my own goals in the past, I can tell you from personal experience that doing things by yourself can be frustrating, lonely, and often leads to quitting or not finishing. However, when I finally hired a group coach to help me with my career, it made all the difference.

How often will we meet in a group coaching setting during the 12 weeks, and how long will each coaching session be?

​

We will meet bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), which means a total of 6 sixty minute group coaching sessions.  Down below are the scheduled group coaching dates & times:

  • Friday, April 7th @ 11:00am PST

  • Friday, April 21st @ 11:00am PST

  • Friday, May 5th @ 11:00am PST

  • Friday, May 19th @ 11:00am PST

  • Friday, June 2nd @ 11:00am PST

What is the time commitment for the Reset Your Life program, and how does the group coaching component work?

​

The weekly audio lessons in the Reset Your Life 12-week program are designed to be short and focused, allowing you to fully engage with one or two main topics each week. Each lesson is less than 30 minutes in length, so you can easily fit them into your busy schedule. Additionally, you will have access to a collection of Higher Self Hypnotherapy MP3s, which are designed to be listened to each morning or evening and are typically between 5 and 15 minutes in length.

In addition to the audio lessons and MP3s, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in a 60-minute group coaching session every two weeks. During these sessions, you'll be able to ask questions, receive feedback, and connect with like-minded individuals who are also on the journey to reset their lives. The group coaching sessions are designed to provide additional support and guidance, as well as an opportunity to learn from others in the program.

Overall, you can expect to commit around 30-45 minutes per day to the program, depending on your personal preference and schedule, as well as attending the 60-minute group coaching sessions every two weeks.

How often will I receive new program materials, and what is the expected timeline for completing the program?

​

We will send you new program materials via your email box every Friday for 12 weeks. It is recommended that you listen to the audio lesson before the following week and complete the weekly lesson at a time that works best for you.  Each lesson is a baby step that builds upon each other.

Will I have access to the materials after the 12 weeks is over?

​

Yes, you will have access to all the program materials, including PDFs and MP3s, after the 12-week program is over. You can listen to them at any time that is convenient for you.

Does this program offer specific foods or exercises to do to help lose the weight?

​

The program does not offer a specific meal plan or exercise routine to follow. Instead, the program focuses on teaching mindfulness and intuitive eating, allowing you to listen to your body's nutritional needs and create a healthy relationship with food. It also includes kinesiology and self-hypnosis techniques to help identify which foods are beneficial for your unique body. Additionally, you will work with your Higher Self to reprogram your subconscious mind to make positive and healthy choices in your food and exercise habits.

How fast does the weight come off and will it stay off?

​

It's important to note that everyone's weight loss journey is unique, and results may vary. With the Reset Your Life 12-week audio program, the focus is on creating sustainable and healthy habits that will support long-term weight loss and maintenance. The program teaches mindfulness and intuitive eating, which can help you tune into your body's needs and make healthy choices. With the help of self-hypnosis and other techniques, you'll be able to reprogram your subconscious mind to create positive habits and thought patterns related to weight loss. While weight loss is a goal of the program, the emphasis is on creating a healthy lifestyle that will support your overall well-being for the long term.  Personally, I lost anywhere from 1 - 2lbs a week until I hit the 30 pound loss.  It's important to remember that weight loss is a gradual process and it's not healthy or safe to try to lose a significant amount of weight in a short period of time.  Remember that you will be making little changes each week that help you create long term successes.  Ultimately, this program is designed to give you the tools to release the unwanted extra weight, and it is up to you to follow through with the steps.  Your self-hypnosis tools will help you do just that!

How does the self-hypnosis work and is it safe?

​

The self-hypnosis technique used in this program is a safe and effective way to access your Higher Self and reprogram your subconscious mind. During the guided self-hypnosis sessions, you will be led through a visualization induction technique that allows you to access a deep state of relaxation and trance-like state. From there, you will use your ideomotor arm and hand and trigger words to easily put yourself into an instant trance so you can access your wise Higher Self. This technique is safe and non-invasive and has been used successfully by many people to achieve their desired goals.

Who is my wise Higher Self that I am working with during the self-hypnosis?

​

Your wise Higher Self is a part of you that exists beyond your conscious mind. It is a source of higher wisdom and guidance that can help you make positive changes in your life. Some people view the Higher Self as a spiritual entity or a connection to a divine source, while others see it as an aspect of their own subconscious mind. Regardless of your personal beliefs, the Higher Self can be a powerful ally in your journey towards greater self-awareness and personal growth. Through the program, you will learn techniques to connect with your Higher Self and tap into its wisdom and guidance.

Will I be able to ask you questions in between the group coaching calls?

​

Yes, absolutely!  You will be able to email me anytime with questions that you may have about the program.

How much does the Reset Your Life 12 week program cost?

​

Because I'm able to offer the Reset Your Life 12 week program in a group chat support I am able to keep the prices lower at $699 instead of the $2700 price of one-on-one.  This includes 6 one hour group coaching calls, audio lessons, pdf, and all mp3's sent to your email.

Do you offer monthly payment plans?

​

Yes, if you would like to make monthly payments, I will send you a monthly invoice for $233 on a set date for 3 consecutive months.
